SER Construction Partners, Ltd. was founded in 1999 in Houston, Texas by Eddie Ramos and Rick Ramos.  The company has worked with the City of Houston, Harris County, Harris County Flood Control, TxDOT and Private Developers on projects ranging from $100,000.00 to over $14,000,000.00.  We specialize in the follow type of heavy construction:

• Underground Utility Work (WS&D)

• Concrete (Street Paving & Structures)

• Detention Pond Excavation

• Sanitary & Storm Sewer Lift Stations

• Reinforced Concrete Box Culverts
